The simple terms behind every order

We want shopping with us to feel straightforward, so this page explains the terms that apply when you place an order. We have written it in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, contact us and we will explain it. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Placing your order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the items in your cart. We confirm that offer when we accept your order and begin processing it. You will receive an order confirmation, which is our way of saying we have your order and are getting it ready.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in rare situations, such as when an item is unavailable, when there is an obvious pricing error, or when we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order, we will let you know and refund any payment you have made.

Pricing and payments

All prices are shown in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no hidden fees added later. Shipping is free worldwide and duties and customs charges are included, so there are no surprise costs after you place your order.

Payment is taken at the time of purchase through the payment methods available at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. If a payment cannot be processed, we may contact you to resolve it, and the order may be held until it is.

Discounts and promotions

From time to time we offer discounts, including seasonal promotions of up to seventy percent off. Discounts apply to the items and timeframes described in the promotion and cannot be combined unless we say otherwise. We do not use fake reference prices or invented markdowns. When we say something is discounted, it is.

If a promotion ends while an item is in your cart, the price at checkout reflects the current price. We are not able to apply expired discounts retroactively.

Product descriptions and availability

We work hard to describe our products accurately, including fabric, fit, and care information. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations in measurements can occur. If you receive an item that differs meaningfully from its description, contact us and we will make it right.

All items are subject to availability. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, a substitute, or a refund.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched within one to three business days, and delivery is estimated at six to twelve business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and occasional delays can happen in transit. Shipping is free worldwide with no minimum, and duties and customs charges are included in the price.

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided. Please make sure your address is accurate and that someone can receive the package. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a solution.

Returns and refunds

You have sixty days from delivery to return eligible items. Refunds are processed within five to ten business days after the returned item arrives back with us. Full details, including what can and cannot be returned, are set out on our Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can log the return and give you the right instructions.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order, to use our store lawfully, and not to misuse our website or services. You are responsible for reviewing your order before submitting it, including the items, sizes, and shipping address.

You also agree not to resell our products as a business without our written permission, and not to use our content without authorization.

Our responsibilities

We are responsible for providing the products and services described on our store, for shipping your order as described, and for handling returns and refunds according to our policies. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our influence.

Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our store and practices evolve. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. We encourage you to review this page when you shop with us.
